Project 365 Day 32 Time

As I wandered the beautiful corridor at Ekambareshwar temple in Kancheepuram, I spotted quite a few sculptures which were being given a new coat, a new lease of life. Even though this was something to be happy about, i saw that some were losing their identity and originality.

  1. nice capture, aarti! and so true... these days when i go to a temple, its hard to be happy when i see all the changes.....wish they would either leave them alone or go the proper way and maintain them as they should be!
